Change is hard for everyone, but especially for children at this time of year. If they have a Nanny, they have probably become attached. Is the Nanny leaving to go back to school herself? Maybe she is from another country? Is she too close to your kids?
What happens when the Nanny leaves? How do you parent and support them, but keep the Nanny at an appropriate distance from your child, but wanting the Nanny to take care of your child as you would?
